Policies
Maximum of 4 guests per bungalow. No exceptions! Please list all guest names when making the reservation.
Check-in – 3:00pm
Checkout – 11:00am
Late checkout available at $50/hour up to 5 hours provided bungalow is not committed to another guest that day.
Minimum Stay Policy – Two-night minimum stay throughout the year.
Long-Term Rental Policy – The bungalows are also available for long-term rental. Please contact us at info@redantlerroundtop.com for rates and terms.
Housekeeping Services – Daily restocking of towels, paper goods and trash removal. Full housekeeping service available the day after every third night. Daily housekeeping service available upon request for an additional fee.
Reservation Policy – With the popularity of Round Top continuing to grow internationally, we make every effort to accommodate all guest’s reservation requirements. In the event you need to cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your entire reservation, less a $100.00 processing fee after confirmed receipt of an emailed cancellation request. 60 days or less before your arrival date, we must ask guests be responsible for the entire reservation amount. All reservations are booked with a 100% deposit of entire stay at time of booking.
Pet Policy – To ensure a pleasant stay for all Red Antler guests, there is a NO PETS policy in place. In the event guests need assistance finding boarding options in the Round Top area, please contact us well in advance of your arrival. If the presence of pets are found in the bungalow, a $1,250 cleaning fee will be assessed on your invoice.
Smoking– Red Antler is a NO SMOKING property. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Should evidence be present of smoking in a bungalow, a cleaning fee of $1,250.00 will be charged.
Interiors Policy – Guests love our sheets as much as we do. King sheets are available for purchase. Please contact us if you would like to purchase a set. Furniture and decorative items are not to be moved. Damage resulting in moving these items or missing items will be charged to the guest at the retail replacement cost of the broken or missing items.
Pool, Fire Pit and Grilling Area Policy – these amenities are for the exclusive use of Red Antler guests. NO children allowed in these areas unless accompanied by an adult.
Red Antler uses video surveillance to enforce ALL policies. Non-compliance of Red Antler policies will result in guest’s immediate removal from the property and/or additional fees assessed for your stay.
